Except where indicated otherwise all copyright and other rights that subsist in the home page and in the sub-domain pages of the http://www.lifestyle-diet.co.uk ("the Site") are owned by Innovation Consulting Ltd.
All use of the Site is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use:
1. You may use all material from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes as a personal information resource in good faith only. Any other type of use requires the prior written agreement of Innovation Consulting Ltd.

Any use made of these marks may be an infringement of rights in those marks and Innovation Consulting Ltd reserves all rights to enforce such rights that it might have.
18. If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with any of these Terms and Conditions of Use we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of the Site immediately and without giving you any advance notice.
Further, Innovation Consulting Ltd reserves absolutely the right to withdraw or suspend the Site where it deems this to be necessary without notice and will not be liable to you for such unavailability. 19. These Terms and Conditions of Use may be varied from time to time. Please ensure that you review these them regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the Site after any variation has been posted. 20.
