Hi can any one help have just joined and think all is going ok, but am a little confused have heard talk of peanut butter but its not on my food list wondered if there is another somwhere. And why is butter shown but not low fat spreads and why full fat milk not just milk in generall. Any ideas

Hi Mel, Well peanuts have a low GI but no they are not on the list (I have it on toast though)Same with the milk. Full fat has a low GI as does butter,Semi Skimmed is higher where as skimmed is low!!!! Go figure as the americans would say :D
