Hi,

I was curious as to why there are no prawns or other seafood on the list. I eat a lot of prawns usually and would be very keen to add these into my diet if possible.

I would also like to know if lemons are allowed to be used to flavour water.

Also, I know it is likely to be personal preference however, I understand that to help your body to flush the ketones through that at least 2 litres of water/fluid should be consumed a day, if not more otherwise ketosis (product of high protein low carb diets) doesn't truly kick in and weight loss can slow down. Could you clarify just how much would be your recommended minimum?

Hi Hayley

Love your weekly menu. Have some comments to make which I will do later today.

Prawns are good but very high Cholestoral so we tend to leave them off the list. Maybe we will add them but with a little note on the side. They are a very good source of protein and maybe should not be overlooked.

With regard to lemon. I thought they were on the list. I will confirm this today.

2 litres of water a day is essential. Minimum of 1.5 ltrs for ladies and 2 ltrs is the optimum.

Thanks for your reply - I cannot see lemons on the list but it's good to know I can use them.

It would be great (and this is just a small ask) if you could alphebetise the food list so that it's easier to see the foods at a glance.

You'll be pleased to know that I'm getting on brilliantly with the diet - had a sneaky weigh in today and I've lost nearly 4 pounds so far and this is just the 3rd day. I'm not at all hungry as I'm eating loads and I feel fab :-)

Thanks so much for putting this fantastic eating plan out there!
