Hi Hayley,

Not sure what has happened with the forum. It was very busy last year but then people suddenly became rather shy about their weight issues and stopped using it. We currently have over 700 members so it would be really lovely to see more of them on here telling us how they are getting on.

Perhaps you can start a new thread and find a way to get a few more to our very shy members to share some personal experiences. Thank you for taking the time to post on here.

Hi, I was thinking the same thing! How are you finding the diet? I am struggling with variation on what to do with the foods allowed in stage one!!!!

Hi, just joined today and wonder how it's going to work out for me.
Have struggled with weight following 3 pregnancies where I kept getting heavier each time. Then arthritis hampered my mobility so walking is difficult. However I swim and do aquafit and try to maintain a degree of fitness. I have 2 hip replacements.
It would be so good not to carry extra stones around.....
I pray this works for me and need every encouragement I can get!!!
