Hi everyone, I signed up yesterday and was hoping to find a buddy but it seems a bit lonely in this forum...just seen a tumbleweed.
I am getting a bit stuck for ideas for lunches to take to work in Phase 1, can anyone help? In the office we have a fridge and a microwave but no other facilities. If I cook veg the night before, it will surely be soggy and horrid by the following day?
Hope to hear a reply from someone...anyone...?
I am really hoping that this diet works as was actually in tears on the way to work this morning after my boyfriend commented on me taking 4 low fat snacks to work. He more or less implied that it is no wonder I am not losing weight. Right now I feel as though I have tried everything. I have joined a gym and been 3 times a week for 2 weeks and only lost a pound and no inches. This leads me to another question. As we are not supposed to snack in the afternoon and I won't be eating my evening meal until after the gym, what do I do? I usually have a banana just before I leave to go to the gym for energy - can I still do this or will it affect things?
Grateful for any response!

Hi

I also have just started today so I am probably feeling much as you do. I have tried every diet going and its true I have lost some weight but whenever I do it comes back on. My last diet was Slimming world when I yo-yo-ed but actually kept off 2lbs in 12 months!!! Life is too short!!!!

I an only just finding my way around the site and the food, I havent even done my first shop yet
